As the Founder and now Chair of the Association For Coaching in Ireland, one of the projects I am gifting my time to at the moment is the planning of our first conference.
The conference team is hoping that the conference will radically challenge the way we think about the future world we live in. We will debate how these changes will influence the way that we conduct business. And we will offer ideas and insights on the opportunities this presents for us to thrive as business leaders and as coaches.
When Sir John Whitmore presented to us during our programme of events in 2007 he predicted the collapse of the financial markets and the world economy. He also told us “The Biggest Human Disease is Denial. The world will never be the same again”. How right he was!
This conference will offer business leaders, HR professionals and Coaches new insights on the need to rewrite the rules of society, business and the world of work.
THE SPEAKERS
Sir John Whitmore PhD, Executive Chairman of Performance Consultants and pre-eminent thinker in leadership and organisational change. Sir John will speak on ‘The Future of Society and the need for change’
Richard Douthwaite, Economist and author will speak on ‘The Future of the Economy and steps we need to take to respond’
Mary Ann O'Brien, Founder and Managing Director of Lily O'Briens Chocolates will speak on ‘The Future of Leadership in Business’
Nick Williams, Author and Founder of Heart At Work London will speak on ‘The Future of Coaching and why the world needs our inspiration, gifts and authenticity’
