If you are starting to think about shopping for gifts you are possibly using your Pinterest account to curate ideas of what to buy.
I know my daughters have enjoyed creating our Cooking With The Kids recipes this year and on their Christmas list one of the things they have written is a new apron to wear when baking.
We were fortunate to be sent some childrens cooking aprons from Uncle Ben’s as we were not able to attend a recent event they were hosting to encourage kids to get cooking. But girls will be girls and they would like something a little more decorative.
So I was delighted to come across an apron on the Debenham’s Ireland website which they also have on sale at the moment.
Of course I could not resist looking through other items they have listed on their site so I decided to create a Christmas gift guide featuring six great Christmas gift ideas for the home cook – and of course I am hoping that someone will tell St Nicholas these are on my Christmas list too!
All the items featured are from the Ashley Thomas Home collection at Debenhams.
I hope these give you some inspiration for your Christmas gift shopping.
1 – A set of cotton double oven gloves with a cupcake design – I know my youngest would love this as she has books, bags and pencil cases covered in cupcake designs
2 – A vintage style tin tray for serving your Holiday guests
3 – A pretty cake ornament to decorate your dresser or window sill
4 – A red ceramic rolling pin decorated with a heart design – perfect for rolling out your Holiday pie toppings and cookie dough
5 – A country heritage pinafore apron
6 – A large glass storage jar with a blue lid – for those of us who don’t have easy access to the Ball Canning Heritage Mason jars I wrote about earlier this year.
By the way, if you are looking for some plates to display your Christmas and Holiday baking, here are nine cake plates that you will find at Debenhams in the Ashley Thomas Home collection – see them below.
What is on your Christmas wish list?
