Murphys Icecream at Powerscourt Townhouse Dublin
Shopping in Dublin, dropping into Powerscourt Townhouse is a great idea - there are lots of cafe's and it's light and airy - a far cry from busy Grafton Street.
I knew Kieran Murphy and the team from Murphy's Icecream had secured distribution there a few months ago, so it was great to see a nice big sign for Murphy's Icecream in the ground floor cafe. Be sure to also check out Kieran's blog - a great example of a business blog for a consumer product at www.icecreamireland.com Now Kieran all you have to work on is getting the staff in the cafe to work on 2 things: - make sure they ask if we want Murphy's icecream with desert orders instead of cream and increase your sales - get them to take in the street sign in the wind and the rain.
