U Coaching Programme: 25 January, Galway 2010 - 10% discount

If you are a coach I am sure you always looking for new tools and techniques to support your clients.

I was recently made aware of a programme called U Coaching.

U-Coaching is based on the work of Prof. Otto Scharmer's (MIT) work on 'Theory U' or 'Presencing'.

U-Coaching provides a framework for coaching that can be navigated using a collection of mindsets and tools to help you be a better coach.

I met Barry Walsh, one of the organisers of this programme some 5 years ago when we were both coaches on a programme for the IMI. He tells me that the U Coaching programme which is running in January in Galway will be covering:

- How to fine-tune your listening skills to obtain maximum response from the client

- How to distinguish between two levels of change - developing skills/behavioural change and re-framing attitudes/breakthrough in perspective- through the application of U-Coaching

- How to integrate U-Coaching approach with your own experience and values.

Barry has kindly offered members of the Biz Growth Community a 10% discount - just mention you heard about the programme from Krishna when you book. Note - this is not an affiliate link and I am not being rewarded in any way for passing this information on to you.

More details about the programme can be found online - this is a PDF - http://www.peopledevelopment.ie/documents/U-Coaching_Programme_Jan_2010.pdf

Rewriting The Rules of Leadership and The World of Work

Association for Coaching Ireland Conference 2009
27 November 2009, Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry, Dublin

As the Founder and now Chair of the Association For Coaching in Ireland, one of the projects I am gifting my time to at the moment is the planning of our first conference.

How To Increase Your Coaching Fees In A Difficult Economy

I have recently had the opportunity to review a new home study programme by Hannah McNamara, author of 'Niche Marketing for Coaches'.

I have recorded and will soon post an audio interview I did with her for one of my podcasts and have just created an online video to show people the extensiveness of the product.

Hannah McNamara : Find Your Niche Home Study

In the meantime, Hannah has a FREE teleseminar taking place on 9 July 2009 about how to charge what you are worth and set your coaching fees - in fact she specifically covering how to charge more for your coaching services. You can access details of the free teleseminar HERE.

Note: The links to Hannah's programmes are my referral link - but the call that I am recommending is free - so don't worry there is no fee to be paid to you and nothing will be paid to me.

What questions do you have for Hannah about setting your pricing structure and fees for your coaching services - I will then ask Hannah to come back and join me for another podcast interview to answer your questions.
