If you want to draw attention to your content today online, it is critical that you have engaging visual content from animated gifs to videos from infographics and images.
However most organisations do not have unlimited budgets for images, so increasingly marketing and communications professionals are starting to create more content in-house.
Another trend we see is that many of us are working increasingly from our mobile devices. In this first episode of Talking Social Business, we explore the new Adobe Post iOS app (Android will be released soon) and speak with Thibault Imbert, Product Manager for the new tool.
We also discuss new resources and apps for your social media communications and events that are talking place online and offline to help you improve your social media expertise.

Examples Of Visual Content Creation With Adobe Post
Within Adobe post you can choose to take a photograph, access images from your camera roll or even search for images to use within their stock image library (wherever possible I recommend that you use your own images).
A distinctive feature of Adobe Post is that it can identify the tones of your image and therefore suggest appropriate mixes for the graphic and text overlays, which makes your content creation more professional.
One of the limitations that we spoke about with the Adobe Post app at the moment is the inability to change the dimensions of the image from a square. Here is an example work around that I created that I could use to promote the show that would work well as a blog header, a Facebook post or a Twitter post.
