As you plan your Holiday marketing and use personal handwritten notes in your cards or to accompany your Holiday gifts to business contacts, did you realise that you could be sending a message you had not intended to send all through your handwriting style?
The infographic from Pens.com illustrates that how you write can indicate many personality traits.
While much correspondence during the course of the year with business contacts has probably been in electronic formats, at this time of year it is a great opportunity to put a little time into creating personalised messages that will help you nurture your relationship with contacts.
Your personality can be determined from the size of your letters, spacing between words, shapes of letters you write and they can signify different characteristics.
Another visual article on handwriting analysis (also known as graphology) can be found here.
Of course you also want to make sure that when you write your Holiday cards and note you also take the time to check the spelling of the names for the people you are sending them too – your Holiday marketing cards are another tool in your visual content marketing plan and can leave a lasting impression.
My only word of caution when reading the infographic is don;t jump to conclusions about someones health from their handwriting – we should all seek professional medical opinions!
