Many times when you are having issues with social content creation sites or live video tools, you may find you need to clear cookies. If you are working with Firefox as your browser here are the actions you need to take – the images are screen shot in August 2017 and version 54.01 so you may find details are slightly different for you if you read this article in years to come.
You can find the version of Firefox you are on by clicking the menu in the browser and selecting the help feature.
Then you can click the ‘About’ feature to access information about your installed version of Firefox.
From there you will see the version of Firefox you are using.
To get started clearing cookies on Firefox, click the menu in the top right of the browser and then click on ‘Options’.
This will open up the ‘General’ tab from where you need to look on the left navigation menu for the ‘Privacy’ settings.
Once you have clicked on the ‘Privacy’ settings you will see the option to remove individual cookies fos specific sites. Alternatively you could clear your recent history.
When looking to clear, delete or remove cokies for an indovidual website, type in the URL of the site you wish to clear cookies for and select all or select specific sites – you can remove selected cookies or remove all of them.
