If you have ever wanted to know how to update your email address on LinkedIn here are the steps you need to take.
I always recommend that you need two emails as a minimum connected to your LinkedIn account should anything happen and you can not log in. In addition, if you move company and you then can not access that email address you need to have another independent email in place.

Then select Privacy and Settings.
The LinkedIn interface is changing soon so you may find the design looks different to you. The image below is the current interface – you will need to go to Account then click on where it says Manage Phone Numbers.
On the next page which for me when creating the tutorial appears as the new format for LinkedIn you need to click on Email Addresses.
Now you can add or delete email addresses and set the email address you want to be the default.
